#CrashThePepsiIPL Phase 3 Part 1

"The perfect partnership"

I watched this advertisement "The perfect partnership" and I wish to vote for the same. My reason to vote for it is that the advertisement does have a potential to win the contest as it is not only simple but meaningful as well. The advertisement shows how a child is born with a birth mark on his hand and people tease him because of his mark. He once decides to go to the stadium to watch an IPL match and finds his soul mate during the match itself who has a similar mark as his and the marks together form the logo of Pepsi.

It's a sweet and simple ad which definitely is quite different from the regular ads we watch and at the same time it shows how love can be found anytime and anywhere. Pepsi symbolizes their way of expressing their love and the drink stands witness to their love and affection and IPL is a medium through which both meet each other.

I love the way the ad shows a relationship between Pepsi as well as IPL make it a perfect union and symbolic as well. It is a really innovative ad and the birth marks and IPL match show the connects between two souls and so it deserves a chance to win.

"Thirst of the Nation"

I have chosen to vote for this advertisement and I believe that it definitely deserves to win the contest and has the potential as well. The ad does not have any real humans nor does it have any extra ordinary features or glamour like other ads which I have watched on Television. the ad shows how the different teams of the IPL can make up the map of India very uniquely and in a meaningful manner as well.

The ad starts with the song of the "Jiyo Maro Jiyo Mora Pepsi Pi" theme song and then displays logos of all the IPL teams on a table. The Pepsi bottle is then shown rolling the logos of the IPL teams and they all together make up the map of India thus making it an IPL and Pepsi ad union.

In this ad, I get to see how the IPL teams represent our country and the ad shows it in a simple and effective manner. The song, the logos and the use of Pepsi makes it more realistic and touches the heart because of which this ad stands out among the rest of the adverts I have seen and hence it stands a chance to win the contest.

I’m voting for the best ads in the #CrashThePepsiIPL activity in association with BlogAdda from 8th May to 14th May. Are you?
